With the Milliarum apps, you can add valuable additional functions to your SAP system quickly and easily. The Milliarum app "PPM multi-project planning (roles)" provides you with several tools for faster, more efficient and cross-project requirements planning of roles in projects.
Simply plan role requirements in your projects faster than in the standard system
Multi-project dashboard
The Milliarum app enables cross-project planning of role requirements. The staffing status of the roles is shown by a progress indicator so that open staffing can be easily recorded and quickly processed.
Maintenance of requirements
Project managers no longer have to jump into each project individually; instead, role requirements can be maintained directly in the multi-project dashboard. You can also use the distribution function: The entered effort is automatically distributed over a defined period of time.
Excel integration
The staffing overview from the dashboard can be downloaded as Excel and the data can be edited. This means you can also enter data in Excel and use familiar functions for role requirements planning. The planned data from the Excel file can then be easily uploaded back to the dashboard.
