Successful project management requires a high-performance solution, a reliable database, and the necessary resources. Milliarum will demonstrate how these prerequisites can be established with SAP and further developed using artificial intelligence at the 26th Annual Conference on Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management with SAP, hosted by TAC Insights on November 25 and 26, 2026, in Mannheim. Targeted Development of Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management

Three Milliarum presentations in the conference program highlight different approaches to the further development of enterprise portfolio and project management: integrated resource management, specific AI applications, and the use of AI agents in SAP On-Premise. Milliarum combines its expertise in SAP portfolio, project, and resource management with new possibilities offered by enterprise AI. The focus is on practical application scenarios and the question of how companies can meaningfully expand their existing SAP processes. How can project requirements, available capacity, and company-wide processes be efficiently aligned? Hichem Chaibi and Isabelle Rietz demonstrate how SAP PPM, SAP PS, and Fiori support integrated resource management. Through system demonstrations, they provide insights into ERP and HCM integration, role-based processes, SAP standard extensions, and Fiori apps. The program also covers potential applications of artificial intelligence in resource management.

Workshop 2: SAP EPPM AI Applications and Agents in SAP On-Premise

What capabilities does SAP Joule offer in the EPPM environment, and where does the standard reach its limits? Dirk Ott and Furkan Kahya use specific use cases and system demonstrations to show how AI applications and agents can be integrated into existing SAP on-premise landscapes. The focus is on the Milliarum AI Construction Kit (MAICK), integration via MCP, A2A, and SAP Integration Suite, as well as the use of Joule Agents. A demo of the EPPM agent illustrates the practical implementation. Finally, the session will explore the future of AI in SAP cloud and on-premise architectures.
