PPM resource overview
With the Milliarum apps, you can add valuable additional functions to your SAP system quickly and easily. The Milliarum app "PPM resource overview" simplifies the scheduling of resource requirements many times over. In addition to time allocation, the app contains other useful functions that efficiently supplement the planning and maintenance of resource requirements for employees and companies.
Selection mask
Only see what you need and how you need it: You can use the selection screen to filter by project, role, resource data and responsibilities. You can also specify the displayed period type and unit (e.g. person days).
Hourly care
Check the staffing status of roles at a glance and adjust employee hours. Thanks to the integrated Excel download and upload tool, the data can be processed quickly and with established Excel functions and used in PPM. Availabilities and requirements can be called up quickly.
Rapid requirements planning
Two mass processing functions are available with which you can delete role assignments or automatically distribute planned expenses over a defined period using different rules.
