Executive Dialogue „R&D Meets SAP“

Munich, April 1, 2025 – R&D Meets SAP:

For years, companies have been investing heavily in research and development to boost their innovative capacity. In practice, however, long development cycles and a lack of transparency in processes are common—with noticeable consequences for time-to-market.

As part of the Executive Dialogues: „R&D Meets SAP“, the Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner (W&P) in collaboration with Milliarum and HAVER & BOECKER During the event, experts from the consulting and industrial sectors discussed specific approaches to professional, system-supported R&D controlling. SAP EPPM was presented as a key tool for creating transparency, identifying bottlenecks early on, and enabling data-driven decisions.

We used the ideas generated at this event to create a Quick Review Workshop Format for interested customers. It provides a concise starting point for assessing the current situation, identifying areas for action, and making targeted improvements to R&D processes—both in terms of SAP and key performance indicators.
